The inspection was very thorough and Kyle took the time to explain everything that he found and let me know the level of urgency in repairing. I cannot say enough great things about Kyle and Vail Home Inspections. After experiencing several water leaks in our condo we were concerned about mold growth. I reached out to Kyle to inquire about mold testing. Communication with him was timely, honest, and professional. In less than a week we had an appointment and a very thorough, detailed assessment, with a multitude of exterior and interior visual tests, thermal imaging, and air samples. Kyle's final report contained all of the results going into great detail on his findings and things we could do to improve the quality of our home. Thank you, Kyle!
